Foot Reflexology represents a method for assisting the whole body to come into balance so it can heal itself. It's
based on a centuries old understanding that the body (major organs, glands and body parts) are all mapped out, reflected
and connected to and through the feet. As such, there are meridians and energy zones that run through the body connecting
the feet to the organs, glands, and body parts including the brain and spinal chord. Lana can stimulate more than 7,000
nerves when "reflexing" the feet, which encourages the opening and clearing of neural pathways, and stimulates the bodies
natural biochemical processes to enhance overall health.
Foot Reflexology:

- Reduces pain and inflammation, and increases range of motion specifically in the feet, lower legs and hips,

Foot Reflexology is predominantly wellness massage therapy service (your medical insurance will not
pay for Foot Reflexology generally). However you may be able to receive foot reflexology using your health insurance IF you
experience specific medical conditions of the foot or lower leg and you receive a Massage Therapy Rx (also know as a Referral
for some medical plans) indicating a foot or lower leg diagnosis from your physician, chiropractor, naturopath or nurse practitioner.
Lana Dahl (who also is our Advanced Cranio Sacral Therapist) provides Foot Reflexology sessions. She's available to schedule
Foot Reflexology (or CranioSacral) sessions on:
- Tuesday, from 1:30 - 8:00 pm
- Thursday, from 1:30 - 8:00 pm
- Sunday, from 9 - 6:00 pm

We've moved to the Northgate Medical Dental Plaza!

We've Moved!!!
(Still in Northgate though!)
After almost 10 years in our small two room clinic, we've expanded! We're moving to a lovely, more
spacious, six room clinic which is still located in the heart of Northgate! Our new home is in the
Northgate Medical Dental Plaza, just 1 block south of the Northgate Transit Center on 3rd Ave NE.
Highlights of our new clinic space include:
- Our suite (140) is on the ground floor (3rd Ave NE entrance), so no elevators!
- Still wheelchair accessible
- Restrooms located right outside our clinic door in the hallway
- Plenty of free parking in the lot directly in front of the building
- Two person reception desk! We can finally sit down instead of standing up all day!
- Reception area that accomodates five to six people comfortably
- Four massage / bodywork rooms
- Two consulation rooms (we'll be adding additional services - stay tuned)
- Workshop space (we'll be adding additional classes and programs - stay tuned)
